Last week I said goodbye to my best friend Charlie and it’s knocked me for six so whilst I grieve for him, I have been trying to ease myself into work.
 
I did this hour speed drawing as a form of therapy (just using charcoal on toned grey paper) and found the creating something a little looser really helped so I hope you find this one as peaceful as I did.
